Return and Refund policy

We have a  14-days  return policy from the delivery time The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice whenever deemed necessary and to use our discretion for any final decisions about issues between our two parties when applicable. To return please communicate by mail.

You will be responsible for paying the actual shipping costs for your own shipping costs for returning your item in case of purchasing the wrong product, it doesn’t fit or they no longer want the item.

Conditions:

HANS IN LUCK“ stands at 100% behind our product. We are so confident that you will love our wide variety of high-quality devices. If you don’t like it, Don’t Worry, directly inform us and as long you met the conditions of the  14 days test use policy, you will get a full refund for your order. Anyway, our return policy is that refunds are given within  14 days –  The  14 days return time frame starts from the day of delivery. Just mail your intention to return your items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

„Hans in Luck“ wants 100% satisfied and happy customers. Please Note: In the unlikely event, that you might change your mind and you wish to return your order these conditions will apply: To remain eligible the device must be unused. The items must be clean. Protective films must not be removed or damaged. We cannot accept returns on used, damaged or dirty items nor of devices without packaging or in damaged packaging. Individual or special order items cannot be returned. Any credit card charges which we cannot recover are applied to all returns of items held in stock. Shipping costs (both ways) are not reimbursed.

„Hans in Luck“ is not responsible for losses or damages. We strongly advise you to insure your shipment. There is no right to revocation for the delivery of goods made to customer specifications or clearly customised for personal requirements, or for goods that due to their properties are not suitable for return shipment or can decay quickly or whose use-by date has been exceeded. After a careful check on your order, if we confirm via email that you are eligible for a full refund, your refund will be processed by our internal team within   14  days of refund confirmation. In the next 24 hours (from the time of receiving the email/SMS requesting to Cancel the customer’s order), our Customer Care Department will confirm the details with the order on your email and we will issue a full refund for this order within 48 hours after that, and follow the return policy of the payment gateways that the Hans in Luck is integrating. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
