They are smooth on one side and embossed on the other. These bags are commercial grade, perfect for preserving freshness, flavor, and food quality. They are suitable for freezing, but also for sous-vide cooking. The bags are made from PE+PA, transparent in color and 100% made in Switzerland. They are also 100% recyclable and BPA-free.
