PolyScience SMOOTH Vacuum Seal Bags are designed to extend the shelf life of your dry and wet goods.
When used in conjunction with a suitable vacuum chamber sealer, the oxygen is removed from inside the bag, thereby extending the shelf life of your products or food items.

These vacuum sealer pouches are also suitable for gas flushing, making them great for preserving salads or other perishable items.

Many top restaurants use our vacuum sealing bags (or sous vide bags) to serve succulent, tender and juicy meals to their customers. Suitable for sous vide, food preservation, airtight storage, and more!
Our vacuum bags designed for sous vide cooking can withstand temperatures of up to 95C in water baths and immersion circulators. To use them, you will need a chamber vacuum that can accommodate the entire bag, which can then be sealed by shutting the lid. The bags are free from BPA and made of soft, recyclable plastics.
Please note that Smooth Vacuum Seal Bags are only for use with VACUUM CHAMBER MACHINES, which only seal the open end of the bag and leave the rest outside the machine. If you have this type of sealer, we recommend checking out our channel vacuum bags instead. Also, please keep in mind that these bags are not suitable for use with domestic vacuum sealers.
They are three-sided sealed and have smooth surfaces on both sides, which means they will not work with domestic vacuum sealing machines, typically “external” models, that require the use of channel vacuum seal bags, which have one smooth side and one embossed side.
